We strive to provide the audience with relative information to help along the way in decorating and organizing your new home.
As you may already noticed we are all about making compelling sliding wardrobes, walk-in wardrobes and slanted wardrobes to your specific requirements. Many of our customers care not only for the quality of finished product, but also the service we can offer during the process.
So how it does look from start to finish?
There can be few approaches- and believe me all of them are good and each customer will have the same great product at the end.
-Send us your dimensions via email. That is the easiest and quickest way to make the initial contact upon which we provide you with an estimate. The more details you will produce (colours you wish to choose, materials, interior layout) the more acurate will be the estimate.
-Bring in your dimensions. We have currently showrooms in Cork and Limerick, where our designers can prepare in few minutes the estimate on the spot. Here they can show you all the options and explain the benefits of one versus another. Process is easy and we all enjoy taking you through the process.
-Home visit- most of the time you already had an initial quote and you wish to proceed with the purchase of your new sliding wardrobes. We always confirm the dimensions on site. You can then view the samples or amend the project or we can suggest some changes. If any changes appears you will receive the email for your approval. -Order. You have been happy with the design and final quote and wish to place the order. We require 40% deposit on that day. You can do that either by cash, card or cheque in one of the showrooms or you can ring or make the payment over the website. If done remotely, we will send you confirmation by email for your records. If done in the showroom, you will recieve the printout of the order the same as you would by the email.
-Installation: Usually it takes 3 weeks from the time of purchase to the point were the order is ready for installation. It takes another week or two to schedule a suitable date for both parties. On the appointed date Slide Deco fitters will arrive in the morning. The installation is done by only our trusted teams that will look after your home. Many customers are very surprised to see how we cover the floor from the entrance to the bedroom with sheets. As well as the room itself. It takes extra time at the start, but we can roll the sheets afterwards leaving your house spotless in no time. Once the wardrobe is fitted and the room cleaned you will have the chance to check the work. We are only happy with the work when you are.
-Final payment- As stated on the contract you have made your first payment of 40% at the order, you may have done another 40% when confirming the installation day and last 20% after the wardrobe is finished. That last payment can be paid to fitters when finished, by phone to the office or via the website. In all cases you will receive the confirmation for your records. We can send you a reminder via email if there is any outstanding balance.
