Recently the Irish Government was criticized for the housing crisis that has been ongoing for many years. In order to tackle this problem they have put a new Fast Track application in place. The aim of which is to shorten the process for major developments and also reduce the time for planning applications to be approved. Builders are ready to start building as housing facilities are in high demand especially in Dublin, but also in Cork, Limerick and the rest of the country. As we would all like to see Ireland solve the problem, it will take all citizens helping in the process.
