JOB DESCRIPTION

If you enjoy helping others, are creative and are a good communicator, this job is for you.You will be the first point of contact at Slide Deco so it is important to be friendly and amiable either on the phone or face-to-face.

What Will I Actually Be Doing?

You will answer customer queries, deal with complaints and provide information on the products and services offered by Slide Deco. The modes of communication include email, phone, web chat and face-to-face. Other tasks also include:

  • Selling products/services & taking customer orders.
  • Answering queries or passing customers to manager.
  • Arranging quotations and fitting dates for customers.
  • Entering customer information on to a computer database.
  • Handling complaints or passing the customer to a manager.
  • Designing and pricing projects on Slide Deco software.
  • Surveying/ Measuring for new projects at customer’s home.

 

Full training of product and software will be provided.

You will be working in a friendly team environment, but independence and self motivation are essential in obtaining the essential knowledge for your role. Some experience in customer service or sales is advised. Also basic IT knowledge is required as the software and email are main tools used to perform all duties. We offer part time 3-4 days a week, 9.60 p/h for start. Full time and pay rise depends on the performance.
